Coronavirus policy

Important: COVID-19 information for customers

During the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we are following advice from the Scottish Government, Scottish Cycling and DMBinS on how best to operate in a way that protects you, protects us and protects the community here in Strathspey, including the emergency services and volunteer mountain rescue members. We will only operate services on condition that we can meet those requirements.

With the use of appropriate hygiene and distancing measures, we’re confident that we can still give our customers the experiences that made us fall in love with the landscape and trails here, and as a small, independent Scottish business we would like to thank you for your continued support during the most challenging times that many of us have lived through… As well as ensuring that our courses can be run safely and responsibly, we’ve taken steps to make sure that you can book a space to come and join the adventures without worrying about the uncertain future.

Any course that is cancelled due to COVID-19 or government restrictions will be fully refundable right up until the course start. This also applies to you if you are forced to self-isolate due to sickness, proximity to someone who is sick or needing to care for a sick family member.

We take our responsibilities seriously, and have created a set of policies to minimise the risk of transmission from person to person, through kit transfer and personal care/cooking. These will be made available at the time of booking. We will also host an online webinar prior to the course to ensure that participants are comfortable with these procedures, and to provide support to familiarise with kit and packing of bikes/bags.

It’s a strange world out there, but the hills are going nowhere, and nor are we. See you soon!
